As Manager, Government Sales, you'll lead our North America efforts to bring Canva Enterprise to Government, Healthcare, and Nonprofit (GHNFP) organizations. Based in our Austin, Texas headquarters with a hybrid work model, you'll coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives, driving revenue growth in highly regulated environments while embodying Canva's collaborative, innovative spirit. Leverage your deep U.S. Government sales expertise to navigate complex procurement, compliance, and contracting landscapes, turning challenges into opportunities for Canva's intuitive design tools to empower public sector creativity and efficiency. In this dynamic role, you'll build best-in-class operating rhythms—establishing disciplined pipeline practices, forecasting cadences, and outbound strategies tailored to GHNFP needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives covering Government, Healthcare, and Nonprofit accounts across North America
  • Drive revenue growth and accelerate Canva Enterprise adoption in compliance-driven environments with complex procurement requirements
  • Guide team through U.S. Government procurement rules, budget cycles, competitive processes, and multi-layered oversight
  • Coach Account Executives to partner effectively with IT/security teams, procurement officials, program leaders, and executive sponsors
  • Establish clear processes, cadences, and expectations for pipeline development, deal inspection, forecasting, and outbound strategy
  • Strengthen performance management, enablement, and coaching frameworks to support accountability and internal mobility
  • Recruit, develop, and retain Enterprise sellers suited to GHNFP's unique operating environment
  • Collaborate deeply with Legal, Security, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Support, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Champion compliance, procurement, and risk alignment to ensure GHNFP customer success
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies tailored to regulated industries
  • Manage rigorous forecasting and deal progression to deliver consistent results

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven success managing individual sellers in Enterprise SaaS, including complex and regulated sales motions
  • Direct and recent experience leading U.S. Government sales—Federal, State & Local, or both
  • Strong experience negotiating with government entities and deep knowledge of government procurement regulations and policy
  • Experience coaching early-career Account Executives and developing them into confident, capable enterprise sellers
  • Proven ability to sustain a strong rhythm of business with structured weekly cadences, disciplined pipeline practices, and operational excellence
  • Rigorous forecast management and excellence in coaching deal qualification, inspection, and progression from 0–100%
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in sales leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into Healthcare and Nonprofit sectors alongside Government
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, and Govspend
  • Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS environment like Canva
  • Track record of building repeatable outbound sales motions in regulated industries
  • Public speaking or training experience in compliance and procurement topics
