As Canva’s Marketing Lead, Thailand, you’ll build and own the end-to-end marketing and communications strategy that fuels our brand, growth, and community impact in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic creative markets. Based in Bangkok, you’ll shape how Canva shows up culturally—from bold campaigns and events to thriving social presence and powerful storytelling—while partnering with our global International Supergroup to make Canva Thailand’s most beloved design platform. You’ll develop integrated strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and brand love, managing local agencies, growing social channels, and launching localized campaigns that resonate deeply with Thai creators. Experimenting with innovative tactics, you’ll create scalable playbooks while collaborating cross-functionally with performance marketing, PR, brand, product, and regional teams. Your analytical mindset will measure impact and optimize for growth, all while championing Canva’s mission to empower every Thai to design without limits. With 8+ years of marketing leadership, deep knowledge of Thailand’s digital ecosystem, and fluency in Thai/English, you’re a strategic thinker who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy for Thailand driving awareness, adoption, and brand love
  • Manage relationships with local agencies, media outlets, and key partners
  • Build and grow Canva Thailand’s social media channels with consistent always-on content
  • Partner with performance marketing and brand media teams to launch localized campaigns
  • Scale integrated campaigns across Brand, Growth, Social, and Lifecycle marketing
  • Collaborate with PR and Brand teams to evolve brand strategy and launch community initiatives
  • Experiment with bold, creative marketing tactics and create repeatable growth playbooks
  • Work cross-functionally with product, growth, content, and regional teams
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights
  • Champion Canva’s values and mission within Thailand’s creative communities

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of leadership experience in marketing with proven success scaling brands in dynamic markets
  • Deep understanding of Thailand’s digital ecosystem, cultural nuances, and evolving consumer behaviors
  • Fluency in Thai and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to measure, optimize, and communicate campaign impact
  • Broad marketing expertise across brand, performance, social, and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience managing relationships with local agencies, media outlets, and cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of building and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive growth
