About the Role

Join Canva's Growth team as an Operations Business Partner, where you'll supercharge how our ~500-person global organization of engineers, product managers, data scientists, designers, strategists, and operations professionals delivers, connects, and scales. Reporting to the Growth team's Chief of Staff, you'll primarily partner with the Revenue Platform Group (~120+ team), powering Canva's pricing, global payments, subscriptions, billing, fraud prevention, and monetization models. In this hybrid role based in Sydney, Australia, you'll drive clarity, momentum, and cohesion in a fast-moving environment of high-stakes goals and shifting priorities, embodying Canva's design-focused, collaborative culture. You'll strengthen group operations by owning planning, rituals, and scalable processes; champion a thriving culture through inclusive initiatives and events; and navigate chaos with structure, keeping distributed teams joyful and aligned. Partnering closely with leadership and peers across the Growth Supergroup, you'll facilitate workshops, All-Hands, and communications that foster connection and unblock progress, ensuring Revenue Platform operates at its best within Canva's innovative ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive company-wide and cross-group alignment through goal stand-ups, reporting, and workshops
  • Own group planning, logistics, rituals, and communications for the Revenue Platform group (~120+ team)
  • Strengthen execution by building scalable systems, processes, and operating cadences
  • Champion culture and people experience by leading initiatives that foster inclusion and connection
  • Provide structure and clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving situations with high urgency
  • Partner across the Growth Supergroup with peer Ops BPs to evolve operating systems
  • Design and facilitate org-wide cadences like All-Hands to keep teams informed and engaged
  • Collaborate with Group leadership to lift performance and maintain a joyful, high-performing team
  • Support Revenue Platform's broad remit in pricing, payments, billing, and monetization operations
  • Role-model Canva's values to create supportive environments in a ~500-person Growth organization

Required Qualifications

  • Few years of experience in operations, program/project management, or equivalent team-enabling role
  • Experience supporting large, cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Proven track record in driving alignment across engineering, product, design, and operations disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity with shifting priorities and high-stakes goals
  • Strong experience in facilitating workshops, rituals, and communication flows for distributed teams
  • Background in revenue operations, payments, billing, or monetization preferred
  • Experience partnering with leadership teams to strengthen culture and ways of working

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tech or design-focused companies with global, distributed teams
  • Familiarity with Revenue Platform functions like pricing, subscriptions, and fraud prevention
  • Previous role as Operations Business Partner or Chief of Staff support
