You'll own Jira as the pulsing hub for goal delivery, orchestrate smooth planning cadences with beautiful dashboards that light up wins and dependencies, and operationalize high-value rituals like All Hands and specialty reviews. Championing culture in a global team, you'll craft inclusive events from AU celebrations to epic onsites like Canva World Tour, while partnering with People teams to transform Pulse insights into real impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Jira ownership: set up, optimize, and scale as central hub for goal delivery, tracking, and reporting
  • Drive change management to guide teams through behavioral shifts and new ways of working
  • Run seamless goal cadences, connecting strategic planning to daily progress and highlighting wins/blockers
  • Build visibility through dashboards and reports providing trusted insights to leaders
  • Operationalize org-wide cadences like All Hands, research reviews, and specialty meetings
  • Drive cultural connection via events, rituals, and onsites for 500+ global User Voice team
  • Translate Pulse feedback and insights into actionable improvements with People Partners
  • Support high-impact special projects like Hackathons, Canva World Tour, and process rollouts
  • Experiment with AI and automation to reduce manual effort and unlock scale
  • Balance structure with empowerment, enabling teams with clarity, tools, and support

Required Qualifications

  • Few years of experience in operations, program/project management, or equivalent team-enabling role
  • Confident proficiency in Jira for technical and non-technical teams, including dashboards, workflows, and reporting
  • Strong change management experience guiding teams through new processes with empathy
  • Proven ability to operate at pace in fast-scaling environments
  • Systems thinking to simplify complexity and map dependencies
  • Excellent communication skills to influence without authority
  • Experience in distributed, global team operations
  • Based in Sydney with hybrid office flexibility (2-3 days/week)
