About the Role

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. At Canva, our B2B Organic Growth Manager will lead the charge in scaling awareness and inbound growth for our Business and Enterprise plans. Based in our vibrant Sydney headquarters with hybrid flexibility, you'll own the global strategy for Canva's B2B website, driving organic loops across SEO, AEO, content, community, and CRO. Collaborating with creative designers, data wizards, sales partners, and product innovators, you'll experiment boldly to fuel pipeline and position Canva as the ultimate workplace design tool. You'll lead demand capture across the inbound funnel, harnessing AI and cutting-edge tech to supercharge lead conversion while scaling authentic community engagement. Using data as your superpower, you'll craft roadmaps that align cross-functional teams around high-impact initiatives, from ideation to scalable execution. Partnering closely with ops, sales, and MarTech, you'll build the infrastructure and playbooks needed to turn business goals into measurable ARR growth, all while thriving in Canva's collaborative, design-obsessed culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and performance of Canva’s B2B website, collaborating with SEO, content, and digital teams to drive key business metrics
  • Lead demand capture initiatives across the inbound funnel, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to boost lead conversion
  • Scale community-led growth by expanding owned communities and engaging authentically in external networks
  • Build high-impact organic loops connecting content, search, and community engagement
  • Use data to prioritize and plan a global organic growth roadmap that aligns cross-functional teams
  • Drive experimentation from ideation to launch to identify scalable, repeatable growth levers
  • Align closely with ops, sales, and MarTech teams to ensure website strategy supports broader funnel performance
  • Establish infrastructure, tooling, and playbooks to scale inbound programs efficiently
  • Advocate for resources, manage budgets, and track ROI across tooling, content, and innovation
  • Partner with data teams to evolve attribution models and uncover proactive growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading organic growth programs across SEO, content, CRO, and website strategy in B2B and SaaS environments
  • Proven track record scaling inbound funnels with measurable impact on leads, pipeline, and ARR
  • Strong experience reporting B2B performance metrics and turning data into actionable strategies
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders, sales, ops, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience building and scaling community-led growth initiatives and organic loops
  • Expertise in web analytics, attribution models, and using data for decision-making
  • Ability to write clear, insight-led briefs that align diverse teams around high-impact work
