Based in our vibrant San Francisco hub with hybrid flexibility, you'll collaborate with creative marketers, data wizards, sales innovators, and product designers to turn bold visions into scalable results. You'll own Canva's B2B website strategy, scaling high-impact loops across SEO, AEO, content, CRO, and community channels. Expect to dive into data-driven experimentation, leveraging AI for demand capture, building owned communities, and partnering cross-functionally to align on global roadmaps that deliver measurable ARR growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and performance of Canva’s B2B website, collaborating with SEO, content, and digital teams to drive key business metrics
  • Lead demand capture initiatives across the inbound funnel using AI and emerging technologies to boost lead conversion
  • Scale community-led growth by expanding owned communities and authentically engaging external networks
  • Build high-impact organic loops connecting content, search, and community engagement
  • Use data to prioritize and plan a global roadmap aligning cross-functional teams on highest-impact work
  • Drive experimentation from ideation to launch to identify scalable growth levers
  • Align with ops, sales, and MarTech teams to ensure website strategy supports broader funnel performance
  • Establish infrastructure, tooling, and playbooks to scale inbound programs efficiently
  • Advocate for resources, manage budgets, and track ROI across tooling, content, and innovation
  • Partner with data teams to evolve attribution models and uncover new growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading organic growth programs across SEO, content, CRO, and website strategy in B2B and SaaS environments
  • Proven track record scaling inbound funnels with measurable impact on leads, pipeline, and ARR
  • Strong experience reporting B2B performance metrics and turning data into actionable strategies
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders, sales, ops, and cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in web analytics tools and using data to accelerate decision-making
  • Experience establishing infrastructure, tooling, and playbooks for scalable inbound programs
  • Ability to manage budgets, advocate for resources, and track ROI across marketing initiatives
