About the Role

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design at Canva! We're seeking a Producer for a 6-month contract in our London office to support the Creative team's mission of becoming the most loved brand in the world. In this onsite role, you'll be the glue connecting creative, production, and stakeholder teams, managing always-on social content and marketing campaigns from intake to delivery. With Canva's innovative, collaborative culture, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving flawless execution of brand assets that are magically and unmistakably Canva. You'll manage project timelines, vendor relationships, and resource systems using tools like Monday.com and Jira, while proactively improving processes for our global team. Partnering with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships groups, you'll prioritise high-impact work, solve problems efficiently, and foster creativity in every deliverable. Regular office presence is key for social shoots, ensuring seamless collaboration in our design-focused hub. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage always-on social content production from creative intake through final delivery
  • Oversee relationships with key production vendors to ensure on-budget, spec-compliant execution
  • Maintain project timelines, manage stakeholder expectations, and act as the central connector between creative, production, and client teams
  • Handle project request intake and ongoing management of project & team resource systems
  • Collaborate with Operations Lead, Marketing & Creative Leads to prioritise projects and resourcing
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements for a fast-growing global team
  • Support delivery of marketing campaigns and brand assets with exceptional organisation
  • Foster collaborative relationships across Canva teams including Marketing, Product, and Partnerships
  • Ensure regular office attendance in London for social content shoots and team collaboration
  • Drive efficient problem-solving and maintain high standards in creative development

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing production at creative agencies or production companies
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and creative workflows
  • Hands-on experience with project and resourcing tools like Monday.com, Jira, and Slack
  • Demonstrated success as a cross-functional operator in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong organisational and people skills with ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and multi-task
  • Self-driven with detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing production vendors, budgets, and flawless execution of creative assets
  • Comfortable in rapidly changing environments with a bias for action
