Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Canva's world-class content experience, including platform, review, understanding, localisation, and Creator/Content Partner experiences
  • Drive the strategy to build the world's most diverse and enriched AI training data library
  • Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and operations stakeholders to identify and deliver content amplification opportunities
  • Build and lead a growing team of Product Managers to achieve bold content goals and drive engagement
  • Create and communicate a compelling vision for the future of content products at Canva
  • Develop nuanced, efficient content production processes to scale while maintaining exceptional quality
  • Partner closely with GM, Engineering, and Design leaders to execute against priorities
  • Analyze data, user feedback, and industry trends to define product direction and measure impact
  • Ship innovative solutions that enhance user acquisition, retention, and revenue through superior content
  • Prioritize resources and initiatives to unlock new growth frontiers for Canva's 130M+ content library

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in content and/or marketplace spaces at a high-growth company with international presence
  • Proven track record of leading product teams to deliver complex roadmaps
  • Demonstrated success in managing and building high-performing product management teams
  • Strong understanding of generative AI trends and common industry practices
  • Experience owning product strategy, vision, and roadmap development
  • Track record of driving content production processes at scale while maintaining quality
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations
  • Experience generating insights from vision, data, and user feedback to deliver customer value

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in content platforms, review systems, localisation, or creator ecosystems
  • Background in building AI training data libraries or similar data enrichment initiatives
  • Previous leadership roles in design-focused or creative technology companies
