As Product Manager, GPTN (Germany, Poland, Türkiye & Netherlands), you'll be the first dedicated PM for this high-growth region, owning the multi-year product strategy that makes Canva feel truly local—from tailored onboarding and payment experiences to culturally resonant content. You'll collaborate with our International Supergroup at the intersection of product, marketing, and go-to-market, partnering with in-region teams to unearth opportunities and scale impact across diverse user segments. In this role, you'll lead the GPTN roadmap, bridging local insights with global teams to embed regional priorities into Canva's innovative product ecosystem. Expect to dive deep into user needs, prioritise scalable bets using data and research, and champion localisation that delights users in their native contexts. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the GPTN (Germany, Poland, Türkiye & Netherlands) product roadmap with a compelling multi-year vision
  • Identify high-impact, market-specific product initiatives through collaboration with in-region teams
  • Leverage qualitative insights and quantitative data to translate user needs into prioritised product bets
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Content teams to align regional priorities with global initiatives
  • Serve as the key connector between GPTN market needs and global product teams
  • Embed regional priorities into company-wide roadmaps and shape global products with local insights
  • Champion user-first localisation by sharing regional insights to inspire empathetic product design
  • Drive entry plans into emerging GPTN markets, aligning product readiness with go-to-market efforts
  • Tailor onboarding flows, payment experiences, and content for local user segments
  • Build strategic content partnerships to unlock Canva’s potential across the region

Required Qualifications

  • Proven product management experience, including owning product strategy and working in cross-functional teams
  • Experience shipping products in European markets, ideally Germany, Poland, Türkiye or Netherlands
  • Strong understanding of nuanced cultural, commercial, and user dynamics in target markets
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B environments with proven ability to drive user engagement and growth
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve hard problems from first principles
  • User-obsessed mindset with deep curiosity about diverse user behaviors and needs
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills for building alignment across global teams
