Join Canva's Japan Team within the International Supergroup, where our mission is to make Canva the most localised global product in the world. As Product Manager, Japan, you'll lead the development of tailored experiences that resonate deeply with Japanese users, working at the intersection of product, design, marketing, content, and go-to-market. Based in Tokyo in a hybrid model, you'll define a multi-year strategy to establish Canva as the go-to design platform in Japan—whether through culturally attuned onboarding, preferred payment methods, segment-specific features, or strategic content partnerships. You'll collaborate closely with global and regional teams to understand local needs and unlock Canva's full potential across diverse user segments from creators to enterprises. In this role, you'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Japan-specific initiatives, from identifying localisation opportunities in UI/UX, language nuances, and cultural sensitivities to driving high-impact feature launches. Dive deep into Japanese user behaviors through research, data, and market analysis, then advocate fiercely for their needs in cross-functional discussions.
