In this role, you'll design and launch innovative pricing and packaging strategies across Canva's expanding product suite, ensuring they're intuitive, value-aligned, and scalable globally. You'll run sophisticated experiments testing willingness-to-pay across diverse markets, translate insights into revenue wins, and partner cross-functionally to bring offerings to market seamlessly. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, testing, and rollout of innovative pricing and packaging models across Canva's product suite
  • Shape compelling SKU packaging that aligns with user jobs-to-be-done, market context, and value perception
  • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to launch new monetisation offerings
  • Run sophisticated pricing experiments across global markets and customer segments
  • Translate experiment results into data-driven insights that optimise revenue growth
  • Influence senior leadership on pricing strategy while maintaining user-centric clarity
  • Collaborate with Revenue Platform team to enhance subscription management and checkout experiences

Required Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of SaaS pricing and packaging strategies with proven track record of launching impactful monetisation initiatives
  • 5+ years of product management experience in high-growth tech environments
  • Strong experience running pricing experiments and translating data into actionable growth insights
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams on complex decisions
  • Experience shaping product offerings based on customer empathy and jobs-to-be-done frameworks
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-paced, scaling organisations
  • Global perspective with understanding of diverse market dynamics and willingness-to-pay
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
