Key Responsibilities

  • Develop proactive hiring and sourcing strategies for Sales, Customer Success, and GTM roles in partnership with stakeholders
  • Execute creative sourcing across passive channels including social platforms, market research, Boolean searches, referrals, and events
  • Own full life-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team needs
  • Champion exceptional candidate experiences, acting as a brand ambassador for Canva's design magic and culture
  • Analyze recruiting data and metrics to continuously improve processes and share market insights
  • Pioneer new tools and approaches for talent mapping, candidate nurturing, and intelligence gathering
  • Drive diversity hiring efforts and global searches to attract world-class GTM talent
  • Educate stakeholders on sourcing trends, best channels, and competitive market data
  • Collaborate with People team to scale recruiting operations in a high-growth environment

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume GTM (Go-To-Market) recruiting, delivering quality hires at scale
  • Proven track record in full life-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing
  • Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates through creative channels like Boolean searches, social platforms, and events
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and drive data-informed process improvements
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers in Sales, Customer Success, and specialized GTM roles
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, hybrid environment requiring 1-2 days in Austin office per week
  • 12+ months availability for contract role
