Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with senior business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and business priorities
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional, diverse talent for Business functions
  • Own the full end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance
  • Deliver best-in-class candidate experiences that reflect Canva's creative and inclusive culture
  • Act as a trusted advisor, coaching hiring managers on inclusive, high-quality hiring decisions
  • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve hiring processes and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Design, Content, and Vibe teams
  • Collaborate with global TA team on strategic initiatives and best practices
  • Provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to inform hiring strategies
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Manage multiple high-volume reqs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Required Qualifications

  • Significant experience in business recruiting across multiple functions including Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, People, Design, and Content
  • Proven track record of building strong talent pipelines in competitive markets
  • Experience thriving in high-growth, fast-moving environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders with data, insights, and market intelligence
  • Strong commitment to creating inclusive teams and exceptional candidate experiences
  • Australia-based with eligibility to work in Sydney/Australia
  • Experience owning end-to-end recruitment processes
