Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine playbooks, share insights, and influence roadmaps that empower organizations to design at scale with Canva Enterprise—from whiteboards and docs to Magic Studio AI. Your leadership will drive operational excellence and CRM accuracy, aligning with global teams to optimize territories and resources. We're seeking a passionate leader with 8-10 years in SaaS sales, 3+ years managing SMB teams, and EMEA experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Outbound Account Executives, driving regional SMB strategy and optimising go-to-market motions
  • Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews, forecast sessions, and 1:1 coaching aligned to SPICED methodology
  • Own SMB outbound sales strategy across EMEA, including ICP targeting, segmentation, and coverage models
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales Operations to refine targeted campaigns and outreach playbooks
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, operational discipline, and ensure CRM accuracy in Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Growth teams to share insights and influence roadmaps
  • Align with EMEA and global sales leadership on territory planning, compensation, and resource allocation
  • Work with Enablement to build training programs, evolve sales playbooks, and best practices for SMB outbound
  • Drive clarity on goals, expectations, inputs, and performance metrics to increase Canva adoption in SMBs

Required Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of SaaS sales experience
  • At least 3+ years managing SMB or high velocity sales teams
  • Proven success leading quota carrying teams in fast-paced, outbound driven environments
  • Strong grasp of structured sales methodologies (SPICED preferred)
  • Experience selling or supporting teams across multiple European markets
  • Experience leading distributed or multilingual teams across EMEA
  • Proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in PLG (Product Led Growth) environments or hybrid self-serve + sales-assisted motions
  • Familiarity with Canva’s ecosystem (Pro, Business, Enterprise) or comparable collaboration/creativity tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build repeatable processes and scale high-performing teams
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
