As SMB Sales Lead in our Sales & Success team, you'll lead our Outbound Account Executives in London, driving EMEA strategy to accelerate Canva adoption among small and medium businesses. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine playbooks, share insights, and influence roadmaps that empower organizations to design at scale with Canva Enterprise—from whiteboards and docs to Magic Studio AI. Your leadership will drive operational excellence and CRM accuracy, aligning with global teams to optimize territories and resources. We're seeking a passionate leader with 8-10 years in SaaS sales, 3+ years managing SMB teams, and EMEA experience.
