In this role, you'll lead planning and execution across Product, Sales, Engineering, Ops, and PMM, triaging sales-led requests, supporting AI-powered feature launches, and establishing governance for cross-group programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive large-scale delivery across B2B programs, aligning teams and stakeholders on scope, timelines, roadmaps, and quality expectations
  • Triage inbound B2B customer requests from Sales, TAMs, partnering with Operations and Product to assess urgency and feasibility
  • Support AI feature delivery by coordinating planning, execution, and launches while evolving practices for speed, safety, and complexity
  • Build alignment and trust through facilitating delivery conversations between Product, Sales, Engineering, Ops, and PMM
  • Establish program governance, delivery confidence reporting, and standardized ways of working for cross-group initiatives
  • Mentor and upskill TPMs in planning, execution, and cross-group collaboration
  • Navigate ambiguity, align conflicting priorities, and manage dependencies across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proactively communicate program status, escalate issues, and manage up to leadership and outward to stakeholders
  • Partner with leadership to operationalize enterprise delivery and streamline internal/external reporting
  • Balance customer immediacy with long-term strategic goals in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years experience leading technical programs at a tech company
  • Knowledgeable in technical concepts, systems, and practices
  • Experience working with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver key company initiatives
  • Proven ability to drive complex programs end-to-end across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
  • Demonstrated capability in uplifting TPM craft, mentoring others, and building scalable practices
  • Comfortable working in AI-enhanced environments with curiosity to leverage AI tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B or enterprise software delivery
