At Canva, our Sales & Success team empowers organizations through Canva Enterprise, consolidating design, content production, and collaboration under one secure platform—from whiteboards and docs to presentations and Magic Studio AI tools. As a Strategic Account Executive - LATAM, based in our hybrid San Francisco hub, you'll drive enterprise sales to large named accounts across the region, partnering with customers to create visually stunning pitch decks, scalable marketing materials, and on-brand content that transforms their workflows. You'll lead with a data-driven approach, crafting targeted strategies from LATAM market insights while managing pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce. Leverage your native Portuguese and English fluency to deliver personalized, creative storytelling that guides strategic customers on transformative journeys with Canva's intuitive worksuite. As a product evangelist, you'll solve complex challenges for sales, marketing, and creative teams, gathering feedback to shape our roadmap and foster lasting partnerships with cross-functional colleagues in Product, Engineering, and Success. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven account planning to identify and engage LATAM prospects likely to benefit from Canva Enterprise
  • Analyze LATAM market trends and dynamics to create targeted sales strategies
  • Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and activities using Salesforce for optimal efficiency
  • Deliver compelling, creative storytelling to guide customers on personalized journeys with Canva's worksuite
  • Act as a Canva product expert, selling creative solutions for unique customer challenges across departments
  • Gather customer feedback to inform Product roadmap and strengthen value propositions
  • Build and foster long-term relationships with LATAM customers and internal cross-functional teams
  • Simplify complex situations into customer-ready stories using Canva presentations, docs, and Magic Studio
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Success teams to support enterprise sales at scale
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and expansion

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full cycle selling experience with medium-sized businesses to large corporations, particularly named accounts in LATAM region within technology companies
  • Native Portuguese and English speaker with proven top performance history
  • Proven success managing full sales cycles including prospecting and new logo attainment
  • Experience navigating complex business challenges and crafting tailored solutions
  • Track record of creating detailed account plans within intricate organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to captivate audiences in face-to-face meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • History of leading successful complex negotiations
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with uncertainty
