We're seeking a native Portuguese and English-speaking sales leader with 8+ years closing large named accounts in LATAM tech sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven account planning to identify and engage LATAM prospects likely to benefit from Canva Enterprise
  • Analyze LATAM market trends and dynamics to create targeted sales strategies
  • Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and activities using Salesforce for optimal efficiency
  • Deliver compelling, creative storytelling to guide customers on personalized journeys with Canva solutions
  • Act as a Canva product expert, selling creative solutions for marketing, sales, and brand challenges
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap and strengthen value propositions
  • Build long-term relationships with LATAM customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Post-Sales)
  • Simplify complex situations into customer-ready stories using Canva's worksuite (presentations, docs, whiteboards)
  • Prospect and close new logos with large LATAM enterprises
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support enterprise-wide design empowerment
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder negotiations in face-to-face and virtual settings
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion in LATAM

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full cycle selling experience with medium-sized businesses to large corporations, particularly named accounts in LATAM region within technology companies
  • Native Portuguese and English speaker with proven history of top performance
  • Proven success managing full sales cycles including prospecting and new logo attainment
  • Experience navigating complex business challenges and crafting tailored solutions
  • Track record of leading successful complex negotiations
  • Ability to create detailed account plans within intricate organizations
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with uncertainty
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce for pipeline and revenue management
