From whiteboards and docs to presentations and our AI-powered Magic Studio, you'll partner with Sales & Success teams to help Marketing, Sales, HR, and other departments design without limits. In this high-impact role, you'll lead with a data-driven approach, crafting targeted account plans for major DACH corporations. Manage complex sales cycles using Salesforce, deliver personalized storytelling through Canva's creative lens, and simplify chaos into actionable insights. As a native German speaker, you'll build lasting partnerships, navigate intricate organizational structures, and drive expansions that deliver real business value. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to gather feedback that shapes our roadmap, all while thriving in Canva's fast-paced, innovative culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven account planning to identify and engage potential DACH major accounts
  • Analyze market trends and translate high-level strategies into targeted sales activities
  • Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and activities using Salesforce for optimal efficiency
  • Deliver compelling, creative storytelling to guide customers on personalized Canva journeys
  • Act as a Canva product expert, selling tailored creative solutions to complex business challenges
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap and enhance value proposition
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Simplify complex situations into customer-ready stories using Canva's worksuite
  • Navigate organizational complexity to create detailed expansion plans
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic upsell and expansion within major accounts

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of sales experience with large strategic corporations (10,000+ employees)
  • Proven track record of top performance in technology sales
  • Native German speaker with experience covering DACH region
  • Experience managing full sales cycles including prospecting and new logo attainment
  • History of managing a smaller number of major accounts at a deep level with revenue uplift focus
  • Demonstrated success in complex negotiations and stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions
  • Global account management experience with named accounts
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline and revenue forecasting
