In this hybrid role (Munich/Germany hub with flexible options), you'll lead data-driven account planning, manage complex sales pipelines in Salesforce, and deliver visionary storytelling that resonates with C-suite stakeholders. Dive deep into a smaller portfolio of major accounts, navigating organizational intricacies to uncover needs, demo Canva's intuitive worksuite, and close transformative deals. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to gather insights, shape our roadmap, and ensure customers achieve outsized success with our all-in-one design ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven account planning to identify and engage potential major account customers in DACH
  • Analyze market trends and translate high-level strategies into targeted sales activities
  • Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and activities using Salesforce for optimal efficiency
  • Deliver compelling, creative storytelling to guide customers on personalized Canva journeys
  • Act as a Canva product expert, selling tailored creative solutions to unique business challenges
  • Gather customer feedback to inform Product roadmap and enhance value propositions
  • Build and foster long-term relationships with customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Post-Sales)
  • Simplify complex situations into customer-ready stories using Canva's worksuite (presentations, docs)
  • Navigate organizational complexity to address enterprise challenges and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support Canva Enterprise adoption across departments

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of sales experience with large strategic corporations (10,000+ employees)
  • Proven track record of top performance in technology sales
  • Native German speaker covering DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Experience managing full sales cycles including prospecting and new logo attainment
  • History of managing a smaller number of major accounts at a deep level with revenue uplift focus
  • Demonstrated success in complex negotiations and revenue forecasting using Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with global named accounts in enterprise technology
  • Background in selling creative or design-focused SaaS solutions
  • Fluency in English alongside native German
  • Prior work with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
