Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. At Canva's Sales & Success team in Seattle, we're empowering organizations worldwide to design at scale through Canva Enterprise. Our Strategic Account Executives partner with large global enterprises, helping them consolidate design, content production, and collaboration under one secure platform—from whiteboards and docs to presentations and our AI-powered Magic Studio. In this high-impact role, you'll lead strategic account planning for named global accounts, managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation. You'll leverage data-driven insights and Canva's creative Worksuite to craft personalized customer journeys that solve real business challenges. Working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, you'll become a trusted advisor, gathering feedback to shape our roadmap while driving revenue growth through new logos and expansions. We're seeking passionate sales leaders with 8+ years of enterprise experience who thrive in fast-paced environments and love building lasting customer relationships. You'll excel at simplifying complexity into compelling narratives, navigating intricate organizations, and closing strategic deals that transform how enterprises create. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven account planning to identify and target strategic enterprise customers
  • Analyze market trends and dynamics to develop targeted sales strategies
  • Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and activities using Salesforce for optimal visibility
  • Deliver compelling, creative storytelling to guide customers on personalized Canva journeys
  • Act as a Canva product expert, solving unique customer challenges with creative solutions
  • Gather customer feedback to inform Product roadmap and strengthen value proposition
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Simplify complex situations into customer-ready stories using Canva's Worksuite
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to engage multiple stakeholders
  • Lead successful negotiations for large, strategic enterprise deals

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full cycle selling experience with medium-sized businesses to large corporations
  • Proven track record of top performance managing large named accounts on a global scale, ideally in technology
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and attaining new logos
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles including negotiations with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and sales activity tracking
  • Strong ability to navigate complex business challenges and craft tailored creative solutions
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, uncertain environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS creative or collaboration tools to enterprise customers
  • Background working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Global account management experience across multiple regions
  • Demonstrated success expanding accounts within creative, marketing, or sales organizations
