From whiteboards and docs to presentations and our AI-powered Magic Studio, you'll help customers across all departments create and collaborate at scale. As a Strategic Account Executive based in our hybrid Los Angeles office, you'll build lasting relationships with large global accounts, leveraging Canva's innovative tools to solve their creative challenges in a collaborative, design-focused culture. In this role, you'll lead with data-driven account planning, managing complex sales cycles from prospecting new logos to closing strategic deals. You'll craft personalized customer journeys through compelling storytelling, simplifying chaos into clear, visually stunning narratives using Canva's worksuite. As a product expert, you'll gather insights to shape our roadmap while fostering partnerships across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
