In this role, you'll lead with data-driven account planning, managing complex sales cycles from prospecting new logos to closing strategic deals. As a product expert, you'll gather insights to shape our roadmap while fostering partnerships across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven account planning to identify and target potential customers likely to benefit from Canva Enterprise
  • Analyze market trends and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities
  • Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and activities using Salesforce for efficiency and visibility
  • Drive revenue growth through compelling storytelling and personalized customer journeys
  • Act as a Canva product expert, selling creative solutions that solve unique customer problems
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap and enhance value proposition
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers and cross-functional internal teams
  • Simplify complex situations into customer-ready stories using Canva's worksuite (presentations, docs, etc.)
  • Navigate intricate organizations with detailed, comprehensive account plans
  • Captivate audiences in face-to-face meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • Lead complex negotiations to close strategic deals

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full cycle selling experience with medium-sized businesses to large corporations
  • Proven success managing full sales cycles including prospecting and new logo attainment
  • Experience with large named accounts on a global scale, ideally within a technology company
  • History of top performance in strategic sales roles
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business challenges and craft tailored solutions
  • Track record of leading successful complex negotiations
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with uncertainty
  • Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and revenue forecasting
