From Magic Studio's AI innovations to comprehensive Worksuite tools, we're helping enterprises across all departments create and collaborate at scale. As a Strategic Account Executive in our Austin hybrid role, you'll partner with global enterprise customers, crafting creative narratives that turn complex challenges into visual breakthroughs using Canva's intuitive platform. In this role, you'll lead with a data-driven mindset, owning full-cycle sales for large named accounts. You'll dive deep into customer goals, leveraging Canva's design-first approach to deliver personalized solutions—whether it's scalable marketing assets, on-brand sales decks, or collaborative whiteboards. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to shape our roadmap, while managing pipelines in Salesforce to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships. We're seeking passionate sellers who thrive in Canva's innovative, collaborative culture. With 8+ years of enterprise experience, you'll excel at simplifying chaos into compelling stories, negotiating complex deals, and fostering relationships that redesign work. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven account planning to identify and target potential enterprise customers
  • Analyze market trends and dynamics to develop targeted sales strategies
  • Manage sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and activities using Salesforce
  • Deliver compelling storytelling and vision transfer through creative Canva presentations
  • Act as a Canva product expert, selling creative solutions for customer challenges
  • Gather customer feedback to inform Product roadmap and enhance value proposition
  • Build and foster long-term relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Simplify complex situations into customer-ready stories using Canva Worksuite
  • Navigate intricate organizations with detailed account plans
  • Lead face-to-face meetings and negotiations with multiple stakeholders
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account expansion and renewals

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full cycle selling experience with medium-sized businesses to large corporations
  • Proven success managing full sales cycles including prospecting and new logo attainment
  • Experience with large named accounts on a global scale within a technology company
  • History of top performance in strategic sales roles
  • Ability to navigate complex business challenges and craft tailored solutions
  • Track record of leading successful complex negotiations
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with uncertainty
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales dynamics and market trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS creative or design tools to enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with Canva's product suite including Magic Studio and Worksuite
  • Salesforce proficiency for pipeline and revenue forecasting
