In this dynamic role, you'll become a Canva product expert within 30 days, leading complex enterprise onboardings and developing customized frameworks that align our innovative best practices with each customer's unique goals. You'll drive timelines, boost product engagement targeting 80% active users, and collaborate with Customer Education and Product teams to evolve our Help Centre and platform experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Become a Canva product expert within 30 days and serve as the go-to resource for enterprise customers
  • Lead complex enterprise onboarding to ensure customers realize full platform value
  • Partner 1:1 with clients to develop tailored rollout frameworks aligned with their business structure and goals
  • Drive customer timelines, adoption, and strong product engagement through best practices
  • Align customer business needs with Canva's implementation methodologies
  • Co-build and refine implementation processes and best practices with internal teams
  • Work closely with Customer Education and Product teams to enhance Help Centre and product experience
  • Understand diverse customer use cases to inform product improvements
  • Maintain executive-level relationships and provide regular progress updates
  • Achieve adoption targets with 80%+ active user engagement in Canva
  • Streamline customer workflows for brand consistency, security, and scalability
  • Collaborate globally to make implementation a key customer success differentiator

Required Qualifications

  • Deep experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations across large, multi-region organizations
  • Proven track record scoping, planning, and delivering complex multi-phase projects with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing executive stakeholders and driving customer adoption timelines
  • Strong background in customer success or implementation roles within SaaS environments
  • Demonstrated ability to develop tailored rollout frameworks aligned with customer business goals
  • Experience collaborating with product, education, and sales teams to refine processes
  • Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or related field
