You'll drive operational cadence by establishing rhythms for goal delivery, breaking down complex initiatives into trackable workstreams, and ensuring alignment across our innovative, design-focused culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain operational rhythms for Teams & Education Supergroup to ensure clarity, visibility, and accountability toward goals
  • Partner with Group Leadership to drive planning, execution, and progress tracking across cross-functional initiatives
  • Act as communication conduit, distilling complexity into simple, engaging updates for all levels
  • Design and deliver impactful onsites, team forums, bonding activities, and Supergroup-wide celebrations
  • Oversee budgets for cultural initiatives ensuring they are thoughtful, inclusive, and values-aligned
  • Own high-impact cross-functional programs, anticipating friction points and designing proactive solutions
  • Track, synthesize, and communicate progress and business impact across multiple audiences
  • Support coordination of Group/Supergroup All Hands, Show & Tells, and large-scale forums
  • Cultivate positive energy and exceptional interpersonal leadership to shape T&E's cultural heartbeat
  • Leverage AI to automate, optimize, and elevate operational impact

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in enablement, operations, project/program management, ideally in a tech or scale-up environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence through rhythms, systems, documentation, and scalable processes
  • Proven track record in relationship-building with senior leaders, peers, and cross-functional partners
  • Experience in Organisational Change Management and Communications
  • Strong project management skills for handling complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and drive alignment amidst shifting priorities
  • Budget management experience for events, rituals, and cultural initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a People or HR operations function
  • Familiarity with AI tools for automating and optimizing operational workflows
  • Background in designing and delivering team events, onsites, and connection rituals
  • Previous exposure to education or teams-focused products in a tech company
