Role Overview

The Capability Sustainment Lead serves as the frontline expert for PepsiCo's Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (ECLM) platform, powered by Icertis. This full-time role in Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México, is pivotal in maintaining system stability post-deployment, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, and driving continuous improvements in contract creation, negotiation, and management processes. You'll act as the primary contact for ECLM inquiries, ensuring seamless operations across business units while partnering with internal teams and vendors to uphold speed, compliance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for technical and operational ECLM issues, troubleshooting errors, workflows, and user access within Icertis.
  • Managing help desk tickets using ITSM tools like ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance and escalating complex Tier 3 issues to vendors or specialists.
  • Supporting business operations post-deployment, providing best-practice guidance to stakeholders across organizational units.
  • Ensuring seamless integrations between Icertis and systems like SAP ERP, CRM, and others, while maintaining data integrity and generating reports on KPIs, contract status, and audits.
  • Developing user guides, FAQs, training materials, and conducting onboarding and refresher sessions for end-users.
  • Contributing to compliance, security, and governance by assisting with audits and partnering on change management for releases.
  • Driving continuous improvement in CLM support processes to enhance service quality and scalability.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel as Capability Sustainment Lead, you need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 5 years of experience in help desk or technical support roles, with hands-on expertise in contract management systems, preferably Icertis.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms, and IT service management (ITIL certification preferred).
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle processes, legal terminology, SQL/reporting tools, and integrations with SAP, Coupa, or CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and end-users.
  • An operational focus on system administration, compliance, security, and scalability in enterprise applications.
