🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions to enhance customer service experiences
- Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, Polly, S3, Kinesis, Amazon Q, and Bedrock
- Develop and optimize applications using Python and NodeJS
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for deploying Amazon Connect and other AWS services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
- Utilize GenAI to enhance customer interaction and engagement
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Amazon Connect and other integrated services
- Ensure the security and scalability of applications and infrastructure
✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Amazon Connect Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Python and NodeJS

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
