📋 Job Overview

The Aptos POS Lead role at Capgemini involves leading the implementation and support of Retail POS, Enterprise Order Management, Merchandising Applications, and Store Operations. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable as the POS Lead for Retail POS, Enterprise Order Management, Merchandising Applications, and Store Operations
  • Provide support for bug fixes for POS and store-related issues
  • Address any service-impacting issues related to POS applications
  • Manage system upgrades and other related applications
  • Handle incident, request, and problem management for POS applications
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and resolve software issues
  • Conduct detailed root cause analysis of complex business process issues and deliver appropriate system solutions; identify, validate, and document
