Capgemini is seeking a strategic Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid process for high-value proposals, managing responses to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling, compliant bids while ensuring timely delivery. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the entire bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission
  • Analyze RFP/RFQ/tender documents and define bid strategy and win themes
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, legal, finance, and delivery teams to gather inputs
  • Develop and maintain bid plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Write, edit, and review proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure alignment with company policies and client requirements
  • Lead bid review meetings and post-submission debriefs
  • Maintain a repository of bid templates, case studies, and reusable content

  • Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ/tender processes and documentation
