🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission
- Analyze RFP/RFQ/tender documents and define bid strategy and win themes
- Coordinate with sales, technical, legal, finance, and delivery teams to gather inputs
- Develop and maintain bid plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Write, edit, and review proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure alignment with company policies and client requirements
- Lead bid review meetings and post-submission debriefs
- Maintain a repository of bid templates, case studies, and reusable content

- Proven experience in managing complex bids and proposals
- Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ/tender processes and documentation
