🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor IT infrastructure in a 24x7 environment ensuring uptime and performance
- Provide operational support and resolve incidents promptly following ITIL/ITSM processes
- Act as a bilingual liaison between Japanese and English-speaking teams for smooth service delivery
- Work on servers, networks, cloud platforms (AWS, VMware, IT infrastructure), and middleware tools as per project needs
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation

- Certified in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2/N3)
- Strong English bilingual communication skills
- 6 months to 9 years of experience in bilingual roles; freshers with Japanese language certification welcome
