🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, deploy, and configure BMC Helix AIOps components, including monitoring tools (e.g., BMC Helix Operations Management), capacity optimization (e.g., BMC Helix Continuous Optimization), and log analytics
- Integrate with existing systems like ServiceNow or Jira for seamless IT operations
- Utilize AI algorithms for advanced anomaly detection, event correlation, causality determination, and root cause isolation to minimize downtime and automate incident resolution
- Conduct discovery sessions to assess client needs, deliver tailored demonstrations of BMC Helix capabilities (e.g., Agentic AI, intelligent automation), and provide best-action recommendations for remediation
- Manage upgrades, migrations, integrations, and sustenance support for BMC Helix suite, including on-premise and SaaS deployments
