🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain Broadridge-based regulatory reporting applications to ensure accurate and timely submissions
- Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Support reporting for MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR and other applicable regulations
- Assist in deploying patches, enhancements and configuration changes in coordination with development teams
- Perform SQL-based checks and reconciliations to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with business, compliance and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and process improvements
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks and incident logs for audit and compliance
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation
