📋 Job Overview
Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Blue Yonder Developer to perform integration development for BY WMS 2020+ in a PAN India location. The role involves leveraging strong technical, business, and leadership skills to manage warehouse management systems, resolve production issues, and oversee enhancements in supply chain operations. With 9-12 years of overall experience, the developer will lead teams and collaborate with business users and vendors to drive resolutions and ensure quality changes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Perform integration development for BY WMS 2020+
- Drive resolution of reported issues
- Resolve production issues
- Work with the business on maintenance and enhancements
- Oversee design and quality of changes
✅ Required Qualifications
- 9 to 12 years of experience (C2 level)
- Technical Knowledge: 5-7 years' experience in Windows, AIX, Linux; navigating directories and viewing files; Programming/Scripting with Blue Yonder MOCA, Batch, ksh, csh; Perl, VB, C languages; Basic understanding of supply chain concepts
- Intermediate to Advanced competency in Blue Yonder WMS functional knowledge
- Understanding of typical integration layers and technologies
- Ability to perform root cause analysis
- Business Knowledge: 5-7 years' experience with intermediate understanding of distribution concepts; Intimate working knowledge of warehouse management processes including Inbound Processing, Outbound Processing, Inventory Management
- Leadership Skills: 3-5 years' experience leading teams (internal and external), managing assignments, leading meetings with business users/managers, working with 3rd party vendors
