🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Support product queries and customers with operational challenges
- Perform development of Minor Enhancements
- Work on Continuous Improvement Activities
- Interface level troubleshooting between various upstream systems
- Design and develop Blue Yonder WMS Discrete solutions
- Assist in configure and customize Blue Yonder applications
- Design business workflows to ensure proper application mapping/flow
- Develop interfaces on BY Integrator to ensure proper integration with other systems
- Partner with quality assurance teams to develop and execute automated testing scenarios to support end-user and performance-based testing
✅ Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Blue Yonder WMS Discrete
- Good understanding and experience of BY Functionalities, BY Technical Architecture, BY WMS processes
- Hands-on experience on process execution
- Experience in developing Interfaces using BY Integrator with ERP systems
- Hands-on experience to work on Jasper Reports, Page Builder, Creating Labels
- Working experience on Inbound/Outbound process with BY WMS Discrete
- In-depth understanding of key warehouse processes and functions such as Picking, shipping, waving, receiving, inventory control, replenishment
- Proven ability to work independently on projects
- Experience working on multiple concurrent projects
- Familiarity/working experience in ITIL framework
