- Builds skills and expertise in software engineering discipline to reach standard expectations
- Collaborates and acts as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders
- Works co-operatively with others to achieve team goals and impacts project performance
- Organises own time to deliver against tasks with a mid-term horizon
