📋 Job Overview

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Commercial Pharma consultant with 2-5 years of experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences consulting from Tier 1 or Tier 2 firms. The role focuses on leveraging deep domain expertise in Pharma or related areas to manage end-to-end projects, including client pursuit, delivery, and thought leadership. Candidates will collaborate in a dynamic, multicultural environment to drive transformative solutions informed by data, creativity, and technology.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end projects including client pursuit, acquisition, RFP support, proposal development, delivery, and retention
  • Create thought leadership content and points of view
  • Synthesize business information into actionable insights
  • Lead projects and teams successfully
  • Deliver impactful client presentations
  • Manage senior stakeholders and multicultural teams across multiple countries and time zones

✅ Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of consulting experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences with Tier 1 or Tier 2 management consulting firms
  • Deep domain expertise in at least one area such as Pharma, MedTech, Biotech, or Digital Health
  • Advanced knowledge of development, regulatory, clinical, and commercial aspects of the life sciences industry
  • Prior experience in end-to-end project management including client pursuit, acquisition, RFP support, proposal development, delivery, and retention
  • Experience creating thought leadership content and points of view
  • Familiarity with industry databases like clinicaltrials.gov and FDA, and subscription sources such as Factiva and PubMed
