- Develop and apply engineering practice and knowledge in standards, protocols, application software, and embedded software for wireless and satellite networks
- Work on fixed networks, enterprise networks, connected devices, IoT, and device engineering
- Handle connected applications, 5G edge, B2X apps, Telco Cloud, Automation, and Edge Compute platforms
- Integrate network systems and manage their operations
- Proactively understand and anticipate client needs
- Manage costs and profitability for a work area
- Manage own agenda to meet agreed targets
- Develop plans for projects in own area
- Look beyond immediate problems to wider implications
- Act as a facilitator and coach to move teams forward
