  • Manage vehicle cost and support product teams for Sheetmetal and Plastic parts
  • Perform directional costing and should-costing using tools like Apriori, Siemens TcPCM, and Excel-based methods
  • Apply global should-costing practices and maintain an offline global costing database for material, machining, labor, and logistics
  • Support renegotiation and vendor rationalization initiatives
  • Establish cost assessment work plans aligned with program milestones
  • Collaborate with Purchasing for Sheetmetal and Plastic components
  • Coordinate costing activities across functions to gather required inputs
  • Work on costing of standard parts and proprietary items
