🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth and revenue for Capgemini Invent in area of expertise
- Support capability sales and delivery at target accounts
- Deliver projects as subject matter specialist and solution designer
- Drive industry knowledge development and thought leadership
- Develop ecosystem externally (alliances, joint solutioning, account activation) and internally (go-to-market training)
- Connect capability areas, create unified vision, prioritize offering/POV development, and drive key deals in business development and delivery
- Act as bridge between client asks and Invent/other teams to develop solutions, proposals, RFPs, RFIs
- Leverage understanding of Retail/CPG sector to identify growth opportunities
- Lead, support, and collaborate with teams to shape proposal responses
- Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to customers and internal teams
- Help create strategy, roadmap, and drive clients on digital transformation journey
