As an Engineering Leader for Oil & Gas Field Services at Capgemini, you will lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance field operations and streamline processes in the oil and gas sector. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute digital strategies aligned with customer goals and field service needs in the oil and gas sector
  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality, tailored digital solutions
  • Lead end-to-end digital project lifecycles, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and scope-aligned execution
  • Work closely with internal teams, clients, and technology partners to gather requirements and ensure successful solution deployment
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment with strong leadership and mentoring
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in oil and gas; recommend and implement enhancements
