📋 Job Overview
Capgemini Engineering is seeking CyberArk PAM Specialists with over 5 years of experience to design, deploy, and manage Privileged Access Management solutions in enterprise and cloud environments. The role focuses on PAM onboarding, troubleshooting, and integrations with Azure and AWS platforms. Responsibilities include administering CyberArk components, developing custom connectors, and ensuring compliance with security policies.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage CyberArk PAM solutions across enterprise and cloud environments
- Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot CyberArk components (PVWA, CPM, PSM, Vault, PTA, Conjur, etc.)
- Lead PAM onboarding efforts for new systems, accounts, and applications
- Develop and implement custom connectors for integrating third-party platforms with CyberArk
- Manage PAM integrations across Azure and AWS, including role-based access controls and key vault integrations
- Collaborate with Defender and Sentry solutions for monitoring and alerting on privileged activity
- Perform regular health checks and troubleshoot issues related to PAM tools and integrations
- Develop documentation for policies, procedures, and system configurations
- Work closely with InfoSec, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to maintain a secure and scalable PAM framework
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements

- 5+ years of experience in CyberArk PAM
- Proven experience implementing and managing CyberArk PAM solutions
- Experience in PAM troubleshooting, onboarding, and lifecycle management
