- Leading People data governance to deliver robust People data to downstream applications and reports
- Manages specific DQ Projects/initiatives
- Creates training material & delivers knowledge sessions for Data SPOCs
- Ensures maintenance of data documentation & Employee Data Guidance TEAMs
- Co-ordinates enhancement of DQ controls, tools and functionality
- Establishing data quality standards
- Designing data validation processes
- Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies or errors
- Implementing data governance frameworks
- Ensuring data privacy and security
- Providing guidance on data management best practices
