- Lead end-to-end delivery of MES and Industry 4.0 projects across global pharmaceutical and industrial clients
- Architect scalable, compliant, and future-ready MES solutions aligned with ISA-95 and GAMP standards
- Define and implement Pharma 4.0 strategies, integrating IT/OT systems, automation layers, and cloud platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including automation, IT, quality, and operations to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Oversee project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Drive performance assessment and continuous improvement using operational KPIs and management indicators
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GxP) and cybersecurity standards
ā Required Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields
- 12ā18 years of experience in MES, industrial automation, or digital manufacturing
ā Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in ISA, GAMP, PMP, or ITIL

- Deep knowledge of ISA-95 architecture and its application in MES and industrial automation
- Proven experience in MES platforms (e.g., Werum PAS-X, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell PharmaSuite, Apriso)

- Expertise in industrial control systems, PLC/SCADA integration, and equipment connectivity
- Experience in performance management, OEE, and real-time production monitoring
- Familiarity with mechatronics, industrial equipment, and shop floor operations

- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
