🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for customers with technical support issues and questions on Dell products, including advanced SAN and NAS environments
  • Analyse log files and all other relevant information to troubleshoot and resolve storage issues
  • Analyse and resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced, customer critical environment
  • Work on improving processes, standards, and strategies to perfect our Support Service
  • Shares expertise and provides guidance and support to others
  • Interprets clients needs
  • Focus on Industrial Operations Engineering
