🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Leading S&OP meetings
- Baseline forecasts management
- Finalizing Consensus demand plans
- Driving stakeholder meetings from the demand perspective to highlight forecast deviations and challenges for corrective actions
- Integrating market data
- Gathering and collecting data to monitor and report essential changes to sales forecasts, business strategies, and budgets
- Organizing and preparing data
- Analyzing sales data to generate accurate forecasts of future demand for effective inventory management
✅ Required Qualifications
- 6 to 9 years of experience
🛠️ Required Skills
- High Proficiency in Excel
- High Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) – End user or development skills
- Expertise and Understanding of Concepts of Advanced Planning Optimizers like Kinaxis, SAP APO, O9, E2Open, Oracle, JDA etc. – End User
- Expertise in Handling ERPs such as SAP, BAAN, Oracle, Infor XA, MS Dynamics AX etc. – End User
