The Digital Workplace Consultant - Strategy & Delivery role at Capgemini Invent involves engaging with clients to understand business challenges and design innovative digital workplace solutions. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business challenges and design innovative, tailored solutions
- Conduct business analysis to identify gaps, define requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions
- Lead consulting engagements, including discovery, assessment, and defining target state digital workplace strategies
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs by collaborating with internal teams to create compelling proposals
- Work closely with sales teams to position Capgemini’s offerings and support deal closures
- Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing Capgemini’s capabilities to prospective clients
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital workplace solutions
- Work in Agile environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous delivery
- Develop and maintain reusable assets such as case studies, solution decks, and thought leadership content
- Manage stakeholder relationships by facilitating communication, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment throughout
