As Director Delivery for Order-to-Cash (O2C) in Capgeminiās Intelligent Finance and Accounting Operations Consulting, you will lead large-scale, technology-enabled finance transformations and strategic delivery of automation solutions. The role involves building trusted client relationships, overseeing global O2C operations including order management, billing, collections, and cash application, while driving innovation and ensuring compliance. - Build strategic client partnerships to drive transformation, growth, and long-term value
- Lead complex, multi-regional Operational programs ensuring delivery excellence, risk control, and profitability
- Drive continuous improvement and digital innovation to enhance operational capabilities and service offerings
- Ensure high-quality delivery with a focus on business outcomes
- Present confidently to client management teams, boards, and large audiences
- Lead the development and extension of products and services and communicate/market them
- Develop high-performing teams through strategic hiring, mentoring, and capability enhancement
- Drive the strategic roadmap for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) function, aligning with enterprise-wide objectives

- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, accounting cycle, intercompany accounting principles, and internal controls
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4/HANA and reconciliation tools)
