As Director Delivery for P2P at Capgemini, you will lead large-scale, technology-enabled finance transformations within the Intelligent Finance and Accounting Operations (IFAO) Consulting practice. The role involves driving strategic delivery of automation solutions, building trusted client relationships, and shaping future-ready business operations through innovation and intelligent automation. With a focus on global procurement and payment operations, you will oversee end-to-end P2P processes, ensure operational excellence, and champion digital transformation initiatives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Build strategic client partnerships to drive transformation, growth, and long-term value
  • Lead complex, multi-regional Operational programs ensuring delivery excellence, risk control, and profitability
  • Drive continuous improvement and digital innovation to enhance operational capabilities and service offerings
  • Ensure high-quality delivery with a focus on business outcomes
  • Be a confident, polished and fluent presenter to client management teams, boards, and large audiences
  • Lead the development and extension of products and services and communicate/market them
  • Develop high-performing teams through strategic hiring, mentoring, and capability enhancement
  • Drive the strategic roadmap for the P2P function, aligning with enterprise-wide goals and digital finance transformation initiatives
  • Oversee global P2P operations, ensuring client satisfaction, SLA/KPI adherence and strategic alignment with business and compliance objectives
  • Drive KPI improvements in cost, accuracy, and service levels through coordination with operations
  • Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives using ERP and procurement technologies

  • Lead and empower a global P2P team, driving innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and ethical standards across P2P by managing risk and conducting proactive audits

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in accounting cycle with expertise in cost optimisation
  • Minimum 10 years in a leadership or service delivery role within a global or shared services environment
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, accounting cycle, intercompany accounting principles, and internal controls
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP S4/HANA and reconciliation tools)
  • Strong proficiency in ERP, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or Oracle Cloud

  • Professional certifications like CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA
  • Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or CPA
