🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Strong Delivery management to create a no surprise delivery environment and manage all F&A towers
- Drive the Transformation mindset and create a clear Transformation agenda and roadmap for clients
- Explore market and industry to bring in best-of-breed technology
- Think out of the box and plan future delivery paths
- Work closely with client team to drive active growth within portfolio
- Represent delivery in client pursuits and display strong delivery leadership
- Develop leaders for success, winning, and sustainable growth
- Drive a merit-based performance culture with immediate rewards and fixes
- Drive financial performance and margin improvement using technologies like RPA and machine learning
- Develop tech-savvy leaders to drive innovation and competitiveness

- Personally led transformation programs including process and technology refresh (RPA / Machine Learning tools like chat bots, NLP)
- Subject matter expert in the F&A domain (P2P, O2C, R2A, Controllership)
- Leadership skills in a multicultural environment managing Global/Regional Delivery
- Proven experience in a global complex BPO environment
- Ability to influence at senior business levels within the organization
- Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills
