📋 Job Overview

The Director Talent Management CoC role at Capgemini involves leading talent strategies for the Financial Services Business Unit, working closely with business and HR leaders. Responsibilities include facilitating strategic talent reviews, executive promotions, leadership development programs, and implementing talent projects aligned with business needs. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the Strategic Talent Review (STR) process alongside business and HR leaders and ensure follow-up and monitoring of actions
  • Facilitate the annual performance process for Sr. Executives in collaboration with the Head of Talent Management & CHRO of the entity
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent Management to drive and implement executive promotion processes
  • Support the mobility initiatives across leadership talent pool
  • Implement Group and Entity Talent Management Strategy
  • Provide leadership development opportunities, including coaching, mentoring, leadership skill boosters etc.
  • Deliver a framework for engaging and developing top talent (TT) employees, assessing future potential, identifying high-potential individuals, and reviewing progress and impact
  • Oversee Talent analytics, management, and dashboard systems
  • Support the University team with identification of Top Talents for focused Development Programmes
  • Foster the adoption of Performance Management standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate the PMS calendar on key deliverables working closely with the PMS team and HRBPs in regions

  • Deep Expertise in Talent Management area including Talent Development Experience
  • Experience in leading change and implementing transformation programmes
  • Project and stakeholder management at leadership level
