- Implement and manage Dynatrace monitoring solutions across cloud and on-prem environments
- Configure synthetic monitoring, real user monitoring, and alerting profiles
- Automate monitoring tasks using Python scripts and integrate with ServiceNow and webhooks
- Create and maintain dashboards, SLOs, and workflow automations for performance insights
- Collaborate with infra and application teams to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution
